Ground Pattern weaves together multiple perspectives and time periods of satellite imagery of downtown Nebraska City, where the work was created. The composition references a photograph from a 1959 U.S. Army Field Manual on camouflage, which illustrates the concept of ground patterning through the controlled mowing of grass.
